Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PeopleTech Flow services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Services Description

PeopleTech Flow provides people tech integration engineering services, including but not limited to:

• HRIS integration development and consulting
• Payroll system integration
• EOR (Employer of Record) integration
• Preonboarding and contract management systems
• HR compliance workflow automation

3. Service Engagement

All service engagements are subject to a separate written agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). The specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in the applicable SOW, which will incorporate these Terms of Service by reference.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• You retain all rights to your proprietary business data and systems
• Custom code and integrations developed specifically for you will be transferred to you upon full payment
• PeopleTech Flow retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This includes business processes, system architectures, employee data, and other confidential information.

6. Limitation of Liability

PeopleTech Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the services provided. We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the applicable SOW. Upon termination, you remain obligated to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
